Project Coordinator
Project Coordinator responsible for supporting project tracking, supplier coordination, documentation, reporting, and administrative activities across manufacturing and operational initiatives.
Job Requirements
Experience with project coordination, administrative support, operations, manufacturing, or a related environment preferred.
Experience tracking project milestones, deliverables, action items, and outstanding issues.
Experience maintaining project documentation, spreadsheets, records, and status reports.
Experience coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Experience supporting material, part, specification, or availability verification activities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with data gathering, research, and basic analysis.
Experience supporting scheduling, meeting coordination, and project reporting.
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience supporting supplier or vendor coordination.
Experience with project management software or task-tracking systems.
Experience supporting material planning, part verification, or procurement-related activities.
Experience preparing project presentations and management reports.
Early-career candidates with relevant education or internship experience may be considered.
Job Responsibilities
Provide project coordination and administrative support for assigned initiatives.
Track multiple projects, assignments, and deadlines.
Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, and action-item lists.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding parts, materials, specifications, availability, and verification.
Maintain accurate project documentation, spreadsheets, records, and status reports.
Prepare project updates and reporting materials.
Track open issues and follow up on outstanding project items.
Coordinate activities between departments to support established project timelines.
Identify schedule delays, material discrepancies, or project issues and document required actions.
Support meeting scheduling, correspondence, and project-related administrative activities.
Perform research, data gathering, and analysis for assigned projects.
Maintain supplier, material, and project information in applicable tracking systems.
Support special projects and additional project coordination activities as assigned.
Pay: 20-25/hr

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
