Program, integrate, and troubleshoot FANUC robotic systems with iRVision 3DV, collaborative robots, and automotive automation standards.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced FANUC robot programming experience.

  • Hands-on production experience with FANUC iRVision 3DV.

  • Experience integrating and programming collaborative robots.

  • Experience with robotic system setup, debugging, and commissioning.

  • Experience with vision-guided robotic applications.

  • Experience applying automotive robotic programming standards.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with GRS standards.

  • Experience with General Motors robotic standards or similar automotive manufacturing standards.

  • Experience with FANUC vision system calibration and configuration.

  • Experience integrating robots with automated manufacturing cells.

  • Experience with robotic pick-and-place, material handling, or assembly applications.

  • Experience supporting robot installation and production launch.

Job Responsibilities

  • Program and configure FANUC industrial robots.

  • Develop and support applications using FANUC iRVision 3DV.

  • Configure and calibrate vision-guided robotic systems.

  • Program and integrate collaborative robot applications.

  • Debug robot programs and resolve robotic system issues.

  • Integrate robots with automation equipment, tooling, and peripheral devices.

  • Support robotic cell commissioning and production launch activities.

  • Apply applicable automotive robotic programming standards.

  • Troubleshoot robot motion, vision, calibration, and communication issues.

  • Modify and optimize existing robotic programs and automation sequences.

Pay: 50-60/hr

Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
