Controls Engineer
Controls Engineer responsible for Rockwell PLC programming, FANUC robot support, troubleshooting, and production support during third-shift manufacturing operations.
Job Requirements
- Experience programming and troubleshooting Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLC systems.
- Experience supporting PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment.
- Experience with FANUC industrial robots.
- Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing systems.
- Experience providing production-floor controls support.
- Availability to work third shift.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Rockwell Studio 5000 and/or RSLogix.
- FANUC robot programming experience.
- Experience troubleshooting PLC and robot communication issues.
- Experience supporting automated production lines.
- Experience with industrial controls, sensors, I/O, drives, and related automation equipment.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide third-shift controls and automation support for manufacturing operations.
- Program, troubleshoot, and modify Rockwell PLC systems.
- Troubleshoot FANUC robots and robotic automation equipment.
- Diagnose PLC, robot, sensor, I/O, and control-system faults.
- Respond to production equipment downtime related to controls and automation systems.
- Modify PLC programs and automation sequences to support production requirements.
- Support startup, recovery, and validation of automated manufacturing equipment.
- Assist with troubleshooting recurring equipment and controls failures.
- Maintain PLC, robot, and controls-related technical documentation.
Pay Details: $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
