Job Requirements

  • Manual machining experience.
  • Experience operating vertical milling machines.
  • Ability to program CNC vertical machining centers.
  • Ability to program CNC horizontal machining centers.
  • Experience with on-machine and conversational CNC programming.
  • Experience working with multiple CNC control types.
  • Experience reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with both CNC and manual machining operations.
  • Experience performing machine setups and machining adjustments.
  • Experience with horizontal and vertical machining centers.
  • Experience with precision measurement and inspection equipment.
  • Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, feeds, speeds, and workholding.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate manual machining equipment for component production and modification.
  • Perform vertical milling operations.
  • Program CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers.
  • Develop and modify programs using on-machine and conversational programming methods.
  • Set up CNC machines, tooling, workholding, and machining parameters.
  • Interpret blueprints, dimensions, and machining requirements.
  • Verify machined components meet drawing and dimensional requirements.
  • Make machine and program adjustments as required to maintain production specifications.
  • Maintain machining and production documentation using Microsoft Office applications.


Pay Details: $27.00 to $36.00 per hour
