Controls Engineer

Develop, modify, test, and troubleshoot Mitsubishi PLC programs for industrial automation and manufacturing systems.

Job Requirements

• Experience programming Mitsubishi PLC systems

• Proficiency with Mitsubishi GX Works

• Experience with Mitsubishi GX Developer

• Experience developing and modifying PLC logic

• Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment

• Ability to read and interpret electrical and controls documentation

• Experience supporting industrial automation or manufacturing equipment

Preferred Skills

• Experience commissioning Mitsubishi PLC-controlled machinery

• Experience with machine controls and automated production equipment

• Experience troubleshooting PLC I/O and field devices

• Experience with HMI integration

• Experience modifying existing control programs during equipment startup or production support

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and modify Mitsubishi PLC programs

• Program control systems using GX Works and GX Developer

• Troubleshoot PLC logic and automated equipment issues

• Test and validate PLC program changes

• Diagnose PLC I/O, control, and communication issues

• Support equipment startup and commissioning activities

• Modify control logic based on machinery and production requirements

• Maintain PLC program documentation and revision records

• Support production and engineering teams with controls-related issues

Pay: 32-43/hr

Pay Details: $32.00 to $43.00 per hour
