Job Requirements

  • Experience leading and developing technical team members
  • Experience in construction, architecture, structural engineering, civil engineering, or manufacturing
  • Experience managing department schedules, workloads, and resource allocation
  • Experience overseeing technical design or programming functions
  • Experience developing and maintaining department standards and procedures
  • Experience tracking departmental performance indicators

Preferred Skills

  • Experience leading scan, CAD, design, engineering, or programming teams
  • Experience implementing design technology, software, or workflow systems
  • Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding for technical positions
  • Experience developing training plans and technical career paths
  • Experience managing process-improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of project delivery requirements within construction, architectural, structural, civil, or manufacturing environments

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the scan, design, and programming departments
  • Manage team schedules, project assignments, workloads, and resource utilization
  • Monitor project accuracy, quality, and completion timelines
  • Establish and maintain design, scanning, and programming standards
  • Implement department technology, software, tools, and workflow improvements
  • Align department objectives with organizational strategy and project requirements
  • Track department performance using key performance indicators
  • Identify capacity constraints, workflow issues, and production risks
  • Develop and implement corrective actions for department performance issues
  • Support recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and technical training
  • Develop team members through technical instruction and performance planning
  • Coordinate department priorities with project management, operations, engineering, and production teams
  • Maintain department procedures, documentation, and performance reports
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives affecting quality, delivery, and resource efficiency


Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
