Job Requirements

  • Advanced FANUC robot programming experience
  • Experience applying GRS robotic standards
  • Experience programming material-handling systems
  • Knowledge of robotic work cells and automated manufacturing equipment
  • Experience configuring robot positions, paths, frames, and motion sequences
  • Experience troubleshooting robotic programs and equipment
  • Ability to read electrical drawings, mechanical layouts, and automation documentation

Preferred Skills

  • Experience integrating FANUC robots with programmable logic controllers
  • Experience with robotic pick-and-place, transfer, loading, unloading, and palletizing applications
  • Experience commissioning robotic material-handling systems
  • Experience with FANUC teach pendants and programming software
  • Knowledge of robot safety systems, interlocks, and guarding
  • Experience with end-of-arm tooling, sensors, conveyors, and vision systems
  • Experience supporting robotic systems in automotive or industrial manufacturing environments

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and modify FANUC robot programs
  • Apply GRS standards to robotic system programming and configuration
  • Program material-handling operations and robot motion sequences
  • Configure tool frames, user frames, positions, payloads, and motion parameters
  • Integrate robotic systems with conveyors, tooling, sensors, safety devices, and controls
  • Troubleshoot robot faults, program errors, and material-handling issues
  • Optimize robot paths and cycle times
  • Support robotic equipment installation, startup, and commissioning
  • Test robot programs and verify system operation
  • Perform production support and equipment recovery activities
  • Document robotic programs, configurations, backups, and system changes
  • Support maintenance and engineering personnel with robotic troubleshooting
  • Verify robotic systems comply with applicable programming and safety standards


Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
