Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering administration, or technical documentation

  • Experience coordinating fabrication builds or manufacturing projects

  • Experience preparing and managing quotes or estimates for manufacturing or fabrication work

  • Document control experience within a Quality Management System

  • Experience creating, formatting, and maintaining technical specifications, work instructions, and engineering documentation

  • Ability to read and work with engineering drawings or CAD drawings

  • Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Experience using document management systems

  • Experience supporting process documentation

Preferred Skills

  • CAD experience

  • Tooling fabrication build coordination experience

  • Manufacturing project coordination experience

  • Experience working with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams

  • Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives

  • Experience maintaining documentation within a regulated manufacturing environment

Job Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing and process development teams with tooling fabrication build coordination

  • Manage administrative aspects of tooling fabrication builds

  • Coordinate manufacturing or fabrication project documentation

  • Prepare and manage quotes and estimates for fabrication or manufacturing work

  • Format, publish, and maintain technical documentation within the Quality Management System

  • Create, update, and maintain technical specifications

  • Create, update, and maintain work instructions

  • Maintain engineering documentation and related document control records

  • Review engineering drawings and CAD drawings to support documentation and fabrication coordination

  • Track documentation status, revisions, approvals, and publishing requirements

  • Support coordination between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through process documentation updates

Pay: 40-45/hr

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
