Tooling Fabrication & Documentation Coordinator
Fabrication and Documentation Coordinator role focused on tooling fabrication coordination, manufacturing project administration, QMS document control, and technical documentation support.
Job Requirements
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering administration, or technical documentation
Experience coordinating fabrication builds or manufacturing projects
Experience preparing and managing quotes or estimates for manufacturing or fabrication work
Document control experience within a Quality Management System
Experience creating, formatting, and maintaining technical specifications, work instructions, and engineering documentation
Ability to read and work with engineering drawings or CAD drawings
Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience using document management systems
Experience supporting process documentation
Preferred Skills
CAD experience
Tooling fabrication build coordination experience
Manufacturing project coordination experience
Experience working with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams
Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Experience maintaining documentation within a regulated manufacturing environment
Job Responsibilities
Support manufacturing and process development teams with tooling fabrication build coordination
Manage administrative aspects of tooling fabrication builds
Coordinate manufacturing or fabrication project documentation
Prepare and manage quotes and estimates for fabrication or manufacturing work
Format, publish, and maintain technical documentation within the Quality Management System
Create, update, and maintain technical specifications
Create, update, and maintain work instructions
Maintain engineering documentation and related document control records
Review engineering drawings and CAD drawings to support documentation and fabrication coordination
Track documentation status, revisions, approvals, and publishing requirements
Support coordination between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams
Support continuous improvement initiatives through process documentation updates
Pay: 40-45/hr

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
