Project Manager - Support Launch

Supports launch planning, cross-functional integration, deliverable tracking, and readiness reporting across multiple workstreams.

Job Requirements

• Experience using PMO tools such as Adobe Workfront, Monday.com, or equivalent platforms

• Experience managing cross-functional project deliverables

• Experience tracking project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action items

• Experience developing project management reports and leadership presentations

• Experience maintaining launch readiness KPIs and scorecards

• Experience supporting product launch, manufacturing launch, or program management activities

• Ability to translate workstream updates into documented project plans and execution deliverables

• Experience coordinating engineering, program management, sales operations, and functional teams

Preferred Skills

• Automotive or manufacturing launch experience

• Experience with Adobe Workfront

• Experience facilitating peer reviews and integration workshops

• Experience supporting quality validation or vehicle build activities

• Experience with customer order solicitation or launch order management

• Experience preparing executive-level status reports

• Experience managing multiple workstreams and sub-workstreams

• Experience identifying and tracking cross-functional risks and dependencies

Job Responsibilities

• Support launch leadership with cross-functional integration across workstreams and sub-workstreams

• Track and manage workstream deliverables through the project management office system

• Translate workstream activities into clear project plans, milestones, action items, and due dates

• Facilitate peer reviews, integration workshops, and cross-functional planning sessions

• Consolidate execution plans across functional teams

• Track launch readiness KPIs, scorecards, risks, and open actions

• Maintain project documentation and deliverable status in Adobe Workfront

• Collect updates from functional teams responsible for project execution

• Prepare status reports, presentations, and supporting materials for senior leadership

• Provide feedback on project reporting, execution plans, and launch readiness documentation

• Support quality and validation build activities near launch

• Assist with customer order solicitation and related administrative processes

• Coordinate launch activities with engineering, program management, and sales operations

• Identify schedule gaps, deliverable conflicts, and cross-functional dependencies

Pay: 50-54/hour

Pay Details: $50.00 to $54.00 per hour
