Requirements
Experience supporting certification activities for regulated products
Experience with emissions regulations

Responsibilities
Support certification activities for emissions-regulated products
Support certification strategy across product platforms
Align regulatory requirements with product development activities
Collaborate with engineering and platform teams on certification requirements
Implement certification processes, systems, and documentation standards
Support continuous improvement of certification processes
Maintain working relationships with regulatory authorities
Track certification timelines
Support timely submission and approval of required certificates
Execute certification programs according to organizational and regulatory requirements
Identify certification program development needs
Facilitate discussions with internal and external stakeholders to resolve certification issues
Maintain working knowledge of EPA, CARB, and ECCC regulations
Interpret EPA, CARB, and ECCC requirements for product certification needs
Gather technical data from engineering and product development teams
Define certification requirements for product platforms
Prepare certification documentation for regulatory authorities
Submit certification documentation to regulatory authorities
Track certification documentation through approval
Verify certification documentation for accuracy and completeness
Maintain certification documentation and records
Monitor regulatory changes at federal, state, and local levels
Document regulatory changes and potential product impacts
Support development and maintenance of certification procedures
Coordinate with regulatory authorities on submission follow-ups and issue resolution
Collaborate with Quality, Legal, and Technical Compliance teams on compliance activities
Support resolution of non-conformities
Support regulatory authority communications and follow-up activities
Participate in audit activities
Support regulatory reviews, site visits, witness testing, and certification inspections
Ensure certification activities align with product launch timelines, regulatory requirements, and customer delivery commitments
Pay: 90k-105k/year

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
