Job Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level compensation consulting support

  • Administer complex compensation programs

  • Evaluate job architecture and role alignment

  • Support salary structure development and maintenance

  • Conduct market analysis for compensation programs and roles

  • Review compensation actions for alignment with established guidelines, policies, and practices

  • Support incentive compensation and bonus program initiatives

  • Conduct special compensation studies

  • Support organizational structure change initiatives

  • Complete job audits

  • Prepare job descriptions

  • Analyze compensation survey data

  • Validate compensation data

  • Review compensation work for payroll cost, employee equity, and compliance impacts

  • Develop compensation recommendations for leadership decision-making

  • Support continuity of compensation operations

  • Ensure pay decisions are consistent, defensible, and aligned with compensation program standards

Pay: 60-70/hr

Pay Details: $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
