Job Responsibilities
Provide senior-level compensation consulting support
Administer complex compensation programs
Evaluate job architecture and role alignment
Support salary structure development and maintenance
Conduct market analysis for compensation programs and roles
Review compensation actions for alignment with established guidelines, policies, and practices
Support incentive compensation and bonus program initiatives
Conduct special compensation studies
Support organizational structure change initiatives
Complete job audits
Prepare job descriptions
Analyze compensation survey data
Validate compensation data
Review compensation work for payroll cost, employee equity, and compliance impacts
Develop compensation recommendations for leadership decision-making
Support continuity of compensation operations
Ensure pay decisions are consistent, defensible, and aligned with compensation program standards
Pay: 60-70/hr

Pay Details: $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
