Mechanical Design Engineer responsible for weldment and sheet metal design and drafting for heavy equipment applications.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency with CREO CAD modeling software.

  • Experience designing weldments and sheet metal components.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

  • Experience creating or revising 3D CAD models and engineering drawings.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience applying Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

  • Experience designing components for heavy equipment applications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.

  • Associate degree in Engineering or a related technical field may be considered.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design weldment and sheet metal components for heavy equipment.

  • Create and revise 3D CAD models using CREO.

  • Develop engineering drawings and associated design documentation.

  • Interpret engineering drawings and dimensional requirements.

  • Apply GD&T requirements to drawings and component designs as applicable.

  • Support design revisions and updates throughout the product development process.

  • Maintain design documentation in accordance with engineering requirements.



Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
