Electrical Engineer responsible for wiring harness routing, electrical system design, CAD modeling, design reviews, manufacturing support, and troubleshooting for crawler model development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of electrical engineering experience
  • Internship, co-op, or relevant personal project experience accepted
  • Experience using CAD or 3D modeling tools
  • Experience designing, creating, or maintaining electrical systems
  • Experience supporting electrical system integration
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical system issues on prototype or production equipment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Creo or similar CAD software
  • Experience with ProCable
  • Experience with Mentor Graphics Capital Harness
  • Experience with wiring harnesses
  • Experience reading or creating electrical schematics
  • Experience with system-level electrical integration
  • Exposure to electrical systems used in mobile equipment, automotive, or industrial applications
  • Working knowledge of electrical components and supplier ecosystems
  • Knowledge of basic manufacturing or assembly processes
  • Familiarity with off-road equipment used in construction, forestry, or agricultural applications

Responsibilities

  • Route and develop wiring harnesses for crawler models
  • Design, create, and maintain electrical systems using 3D CAD geometry
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet design standards and integration guidelines
  • Participate in print reviews for new product development
  • Participate in formal design reviews for new product development
  • Support manufacturing teams during build and launch of new model designs
  • Support assembly teams during build and launch of new model designs
  • Troubleshoot electrical system issues on prototype machines
  • Diagnose electrical system issues on production machines
  • Resolve electrical system issues on prototype and production machines


Pay Details: $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
