Engineering Manager leading agricultural product development projects through team supervision, Creo-based design work, and cross-functional engineering support.

  • Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

    • Minimum 5 years of industry experience

    • Project management experience leading projects and engineering activities

    • Proficiency with Creo design software

    • Experience designing products, not only supervising engineering work

    • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes

    • Valid driver’s license

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Agricultural equipment industry experience

    • Technical knowledge of agricultural equipment

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

    • Experience operating department-related tools and equipment

  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and provide direction to the engineering team

    • Conduct performance evaluations and develop training plans for team members

    • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling

    • Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and budget requirements

    • Collaborate with other departments to support new product introductions

    • Provide technical expertise and support for complex engineering challenges

    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies

    • Serve as a liaison between engineering and other departments including Production, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing

    • Communicate project updates, changes, and status reports to management and stakeholders

    • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to address project needs and resolve issues

    • Support 5S + 1 initiatives

    • Perform other assigned duties

Pay: 90k-110k/year
