Flex Image Operator (2nd shift)
Summary: Seeking a Flex Image Operator for second shift to perform chemical etching and plating processes, ensuring strict adherence to specifications.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of experience in wet chemical etching, plating, or related manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read instructions clearly and write legibly for accurate documentation
- Quality-driven mindset with keen attention to detail
- Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to learn new processes
Preferred Skills:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented attitude with adaptability to changing production needs
Responsibilities:
- Execute wet chemical tank and conveyor etching processes per standard work instructions
- Measure critical panel dimensions using specialized tools to verify conformance
- Accurately document measurements and process parameters on control worksheets
- Participate in cross-training for plating processes
- Maintain a clean workspace in compliance with safety regulations
Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.50 per hour
