Office Administrator
Seeking a coordinator to manage job data, documentation, part logistics, training schedules, and production metrics in a manufacturing or regulated industry environment.
Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Associate degree or vocational certificate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar preferred
-
2+ years in administrative, production-planning, or document-control role, ideally in manufacturing or aerospace
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel pivot tables, Outlook, Word)
-
Accuracy in data entry and spreadsheet reconciliation
-
Basic understanding of revision control standards (ISO 9001 / AS9100 preferred)

Strong written communication skills for drafting memos and documentation
-
Ability to manage shifting priorities and ensure follow-through on open tasks
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with job management systems
-
Experience formatting documents to QMS standards

Experience with KPI tracking and dashboard publishing
-
Ability to anticipate material shortages and training lapses
Job Responsibilities:
-
Enter job information, labor hours, and status codes into job management system
-
Collect KPI data (productivity, rework, overtime) and publish dashboards
-
Track and maintain technical document revisions and distribute updates
-
Create purchase requisitions, monitor open orders, and escalate critical shortages
-
Provide real-time part updates and assist with expediting
-
Maintain training matrix, schedule required courses, and notify of expirations
-
Draft and update standard work instructions and forms with subject-matter experts
-
Format and route process documents for QMS approval
-
Draft memos, status emails, and meeting minutes with action items
-
Build and adjust labor schedules based on staffing and production needs
Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.50 per hour
