Conference Support Admin
Coordinate and execute meetings and events within the GVC, managing logistics, on-site support, and cross-functional communication.
Job Requirements:

Experience coordinating meetings and events

Ability to manage and work with cross-functional teams

Strong attention to detail

Ability to take initiative in fast-paced environments

Experience with on-site event logistics and room setup
Preferred Skills:

Experience working with security, AV/IT, and facilities teams

Familiarity with demonstration centers or similar showcase environments

Knowledge of online event management systems
Job Responsibilities:
-
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned meetings and events within the GVC
-
Identify and document event requirements using the 5 W’s of meeting planning
-
Keep event systems updated with all relevant details

Coordinate with security, AV/IT, and facilities to ensure all event needs are met

Brief internal staff and cross-functional teams on event logistics and expectations

Provide day-of-event support, including room walkthroughs, signage setup, cleanliness checks, AV/IT coordination, and attendee guidance

Ensure conference spaces are reset to default post-event

Periodically check in with event hosts during the day to handle unforeseen needs

Collaborate with Demo Center Managers if events overlap with demonstration spaces

Coordinate demonstration center tours when required
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
