Project Admin
Responsible for project documentation, materials coordination, status tracking, and administrative closeout under the direction of the Project Manager.
Job Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
2 to 4 years of relevant experience

Flexibility to work overtime as required
Preferred Skills
-
Experience with purchase order management
-
Familiarity with service claims, sales allowances, and warranty processes

Understanding of construction or contract project workflows
Job Responsibilities
-
Issue purchase orders and reconcile related issues
-
Process documents for service claims, sales allowances, retrofit, and labor warranty
-
Initiate and track contract projects for compliance and timely completion
-
Pull job credit numbers and assist with credit supplement processing

Train team members on project administration tasks
-
Obtain and update estimated ship dates from vendors and internal systems

Communicate shipping updates to customers

Forward warranty standard documents to customers

Manage receipt and distribution of installation operation and maintenance manuals (IOMs)
-
Assist with submittal distribution and receipt
-
Perform general administrative duties to support project fulfillment

Perform order entry functions as needed
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
