Summary: Seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee electrical construction functions, ensuring project management, compliance, and safety standards are met.

  • Requirements:

    • State-approved 4-year Industrial Electrician Apprenticeship or technical college degree
    • Current state electrical license
    • Minimum of 10 years in commercial/industrial settings
    • Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
    • Valid driver's license
    • Proficiency in electronic theory and trade tools
    • Experience with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local/state codes
    • Understanding of OSHA/MSHA safety standards

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Journeyman or Master Electrician License

  • Responsibilities:

    • Manage and lead project managers and supervisors in electrical construction
    • Plan, coordinate, and supervise field employees for projects and service calls
    • Partner with HR for recruitment, performance tracking, and employee lifecycle management
    • Enforce company policies related to health safety and employment
    • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, OSHA/MSHA regulations
    • Develop customer bid proposals; review job specifications
    • Schedule project activities aligning workflow with deadlines/budgets


Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
