Lead Project Manager
Summary: Seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee electrical construction functions, ensuring project management, compliance, and safety standards are met.
Requirements:
- State-approved 4-year Industrial Electrician Apprenticeship or technical college degree
- Current state electrical license
- Minimum of 10 years in commercial/industrial settings
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in electronic theory and trade tools
- Experience with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local/state codes
- Understanding of OSHA/MSHA safety standards
Preferred Skills:
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead project managers and supervisors in electrical construction
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise field employees for projects and service calls
- Partner with HR for recruitment, performance tracking, and employee lifecycle management
- Enforce company policies related to health safety and employment
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, OSHA/MSHA regulations
- Develop customer bid proposals; review job specifications
- Schedule project activities aligning workflow with deadlines/budgets
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
