Entegee is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to work out of our Arden Hills, MN location! The preferred work hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

.

Responsibilities:
·This position will be responsible as the point of contact for administering staffing processes at remote Client Company locations in different time zones.
· Provide extensive customer service to internal and external service users.
· Work with hiring managers to introduce the program and ensure they understand the scope of services available to assist them when needing temporary staff
· Provide training to client & vendors in using proprietary database application and staffing processes.
 
Requirements:
Qualifications:
· Preference will be given to candidates who have previous administrative or coordinating experience in a staffing, or human resources related position in combination with training experience and a 4-year degree.
· Superior customer service ability is required.
· Must be comfortable initiating contact with customers and introducing available services
· Must be able to thrive in a high volume, dynamic environment.
