Job Description:
The Customer Focused Sr. Quality Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting both the Warranty and Field Correction Action operations. The position requires a detail oriented, customer focused, self-starter that with excellent computing skills that thrives in a regulated, rapidly changing, fast paced environment. The primary function of the role is to support the day-to-day Warranty, Product Hold Order (PHO) and Field Corrective Action (FCA) functions.
Position Responsibilities -
• Review and process warranty requests utilizing multiple applications and databases including pivot tables, V-lookups, and macros
• Support the warranty process and respond to general warranty related inquiries
• Generate customized warranty reporting for hospital accounts and field personnel
• Maintain and administer the monthly hospital warranty report for over 1200 hospitals
• Provide credit estimates to hospital accounts and field personnel
• Calculate warranty credits for eligible products using Excel, Vendavo and BOXI
• Process credit memos and mail to hospital accounts
• Ensure compliance within the quality system by following detailed work procedures and defined processes
• Assist in improvement initiatives to improve warranty processing, reduce cycle times and inefficiencies, and ensure accuracy and quality standards
• Initiate and revise PHOs
• FCA activity tracking and reporting
• FCA planning logistic support (meeting minutes, scheduling, etc.)
 
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ years Administrative, Accounting, Auditing, Finance or Compliance experience
• MUST be screened for Advance Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, vlook ups etc.).

Desired/Preferred Qualifications
• Strong computing skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Office
• 6+ years of administrative or project coordination experience
• Direct experience working with field personnel, patients, or customers
• Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Proficiency with Computing systems: Global Complaint Handling IT system, DART, Device Implant Query, SAP, Siebel, BOXI reporting, Enovia and Agile
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment or healthcare industry
• Direct experience partnering with Customer Solutions, Credit Financial Solutions or Accounts Payable
• High attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong listening skills with people at all organizational levels
• Prioritize work and handle simultaneous assignments with success and accuracy
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a group
• Strong sense of urgency
• Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
• Maintain the highest standards for compliance and customer service
