Job Description:
The Sr Project Coordinator will report to the Senior Director, Global R&D, and support the leaders and their teams within the organization. The position requires the strong ability to organize and prioritize multiple requests and multi-task to achieve high quality results. The person in this role will be able to work independently to perform complex and diverse project coordination and administrative duties. Daily activities may include interaction with high level leaders and exposure to sensitive information requiring considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.
• Coordinates and maintains calendars, including travel arrangements, large group meetings and logistics.
• Works closely with engineering directors and managers to assist with various events and meetings.
• Manage all NDT legal agreements and associated eCATS processing.
• Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of senior level and executive staff.
• Assists with program/time tracking and reporting and compiling data (PDWare).
• Coordinates and facilitates the on-boarding new employees.
• Manage facilities needs and requests.
• Coordinates all Purchasing (office supplies, eReqs, invoice reviews and approvals, computer equipment, etc.).
• Coordinates and/or works on special projects, as assigned.
• Schedules meetings, coordinates functional activities and reserves conference rooms & hotel accommodations.
• Works on projects and issues of a diverse scope requiring analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Reads, responds to and forwards emails or other correspondence, as requested to ensure all projects and requests for action are acted upon in a timely manner.
• Researches, reconciles and resolves issues relating to expense reports, eCATS, purchase orders and invoices in a timely manner.
• Gains familiarity with projects and activities of the R&D organization in order to answer questions and refer requests to appropriate staff.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous related experience.
