• HS Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of recruiting administration and/or project coordination experience.
Top three must haves:
• Collaborative, responsive, professional and dependable team member.
• High detail orientation, produces high quality work under minimal supervision
• System/Savvy (Taleo/Workday experience if possible)
• Provide high quality project and recruiting coordination and support for the early career department: Campus Programs center of expertise and MBA Leadership Development Rotation Program (LDRP).
• Lead hiring process logistics for campus hires (targeted intern hiring, intern conversions, co-ops, and ad hoc hires).
• Interact with campus recruiters, LDRP team, hiring managers, candidates, summer interns, internal partners, and vendors.
• Take initiative and seek opportunities to improve processes, collaborate across boundaries, deliver excellent customer service and provide an outstanding candidate experience.
