Job Description:
Sr. Compensation Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Finance or Business Administration
• Five years’ relevant professional experience in compensation development, design and administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and organizational skills with strong attention to detail, follow-up and problem resolution
• Experience working with HRMS systems preferably SAP and SuccessFactors
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, maintain flexibility on tasks, and simplify complex data for presentation
• Good consulting and verbal/written communication skills
• Some travel may be required (less than 10%, but potentially none)
• Conference calls in evenings and/or mornings may be required
- We use Market Pay for salary surveys, so some experience with similar software would be great!
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Mercer’s IPE system and PayScale MarketPay
