Job Description:
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide administrative support to the FCO Director and Leadership Team
• Calendar Management (internal and external)
• Travel planning
• Expense reporting
• Managing equipment
• Assist in Annual Operating Plan planning and data entry
• Sets up interviews and travel for new hires
• Support onboarding activities of new hires
• Daily activities to include screening important calls for staff, printing calendars, organize data and reports
• Assist in preparation of work documents and presentations (internal and external)
• Manage FCO Auto Allowance process
• Provide administrative support to FCO department initiatives
• Maintain team websites
• Create and maintain rosters, org charts, territory maps, manuals, access rights, presentations, templates
• Own key processes such as: EUA, supply ordering, employee badge requests, business card orders, etc.  
• Provide administrative support for meetings (audio conferences, video conferences, annual FCO meeting, regional FCO meetings, manager calls, training sessions and other meetings:
• Scheduling, agendas, meeting materials, set-up, minutes, sign-up, shut down, etc.
 
Requirements:
• Education Required: Highschool Diploma or GED
• Years of Experience Required: 5+ years of Administrative experience
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
• 5+ years Administrative experience
• Experience with the following: Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including electronic meeting/calendar coordination, planning travel, and records management.
