Job Description:
Independently performs complex and diverse administrative duties for Vice President & General Manager.  Daily activities include interaction with senior leadership and other high-level contacts both within and outside the company, as well as exposure to sensitive information requiring considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment. Ability to work across multiple functions and take initiative to ensure the needs of the internal and external stakeholders are met. Also, supports projects and administrative needs for the Marketing & Customer Collaboration Team and several other Marketing leaders.
Provide administrative support and business partner to Vice President & General Manager of Pain Stim & Early Interventions and the extended team, including:
• Manage complex travel plans, calendars and scheduling (often managing multiple time zones including international and multiple business location requests
• Create documents, proof, update, scan, copy, file and maintain
• Provide meeting coordination and support for large and small meetings
• Ensure alignment with HR and on hiring process. Assist with interview set up and onboarding
• Maintain filing systems, order supplies and equipment and manage expense reporting and monitor cost center budget
• Lead specific projects as assigned Serve as a key point of contact for other MDT departments and customers on behalf of the VP
• Communicate with customers, senior leaders and department employees – communicate verbally, in writing – and maintain confidentiality
• Multi-task and manage through issues proactively. Provide appropriate information to contacts (handle questions, issues and follow ups)
• Apply knowledge of business and department objectives and priorities
• Serve as an information resource on organizational practices, policies and procedures
• Ensure personal understanding of all quality policy/system items that are applicable to the Sales Training Department. Monitor and track all training requirements and ensure timely completion Assist with coordinating employee volunteer events for the team
• Follow all work/quality procedures to ensure quality system compliance and high quality work

Education Required: High School required, 2 year preferred
Years of Experience Required: +5 years
• 5+ years of administrative experience
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Intermediate knowledge with internal systems (eCATs, Expense Express, Purchase Order Approvals, TALEO and PDWare))
• Meeting coordination experience for large meetings
• Ability to work overtime as needed  
• Strong interpersonal skills; experience with senior leadership interactions
• Strong attention to detail
• Two or four year degree or vocational training
• Formal computer training
• Advanced phone system experience
