Job Description
• Develops an understanding of the internal user community's SharePoint sites and how they support the business functions
• Translates user needs into requirements and delivers ready to use solutions.
• Participates in and/or leads all phases of the development life cycle for problem resolution.
• Delivers support to end users in the organization about using SharePoint software programs efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives.
Responsibilities -
• Use accepted project management, application development and documentation standards and processes
• Follow and practice current IT policies and procedures and development methodologies
• Work with customers and/or technical staff to resolve issues and develop solutions
• Conduct process and requirement reviews to assure quality
• Develop, test, implement, document and maintain business system solutions within SharePoint platforms
• Provide in-house software training to allow users basic site maintenance and functionality  
Functional skills -
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of all technical phases of systems life-cycle (analysis, design, implementation and maintenance)
• Understanding of the business process and opportunity for improvement
• Working knowledge of SharePoint to operate independently at the Site collection level
• Ability to create forms and workflows including management and maintenance of existing sites
• Strong desire for SSRS report writing skills
• Strong understanding of Program Management processes and tools (PMI, Scheduling, MS Office)
• Ability to communicate effectively listening, orally and in writing
