Job Description:
The responsibility of this position is to support all functions of the phone support staff. With a primary focus on customer parts orders. Supporting all e-mail inquiries that come from our website and sales team.  
• Assigned to phone que
o Direct customer line for service parts requests
o Determine part numbers per customer requests
o Place orders, determine availability and delivery date expectations
• E-mail inquiries
o Customer requests through web site
• Use resources available to fulfill customer inquiry
• Sales team demo requests
• Determine need
• Place order, create RMA
• Communicate availability and delivery expectations
• Equipment Trade-in and Replacement Process
o Scrap trade-in units in ERP System
o Document in DHR the scrapped unit
o Document the replacement unit properly in ERP system
• Other duties as assigned
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must possess excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
• Customer oriented, able to provide the highest customer support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• High level ability in Excel
• Proficient in all other Microsoft office suite of products
