Job Description:
The position of Senior Marketing Analyst, reporting to Head of Brand, is responsible for crafting strategies and developing marketing programs in order to build brand awareness/equity for Our company and its diagnostic product brands
Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic marketing plans and campaigns for the overall Our company Brand
• Create compelling print and digital assets/content to support brand strategies
• Maintain a strong brand presence through online and offline channels
• Coordinate and support brand management projects across internal teams to create cohesiveness and externally to further build brand recognition, e.g. product naming, brand identity on packaging, customer training sites, vision centers, etc.
• Gather market and customer intelligence – understand and leverage this information to optimize channels, messaging, and vehicles to amplify Our company differentiation and brand
• Build relationships with key industry contacts for brand guidance and feedback
• Work closely with Global and Regional Marketing, Marketing Communications, and PR to create/execute marketing communication calendars
• Communicate brand performance throughout organization using key performance indicators
• Participate in Kaizens, Problem Solving Process, and Danaher Business System continuous improvement culture
• Track budget and expenses including monitoring and submitting invoices for approval and payment
• May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned
 
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Brand or Strategic Marketing in healthcare, IVD or Medical Device (or Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience)
Preferred Qualifications
• Worked at or with large organization(s)
• Direct experience with activating brands internally and externally
Essential Behaviors and Skills:
• Excellent communication skills: demonstrates active listening, as well as oral and presentation skills
• Proficient writer; able to adapt style to medium and tone required
• Able to build relationships across the organization and promote Our company vision and strategy
• Comfortable working across multiple levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High energy, self-starter with bias for action and sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with functional team
• Able to perform well in a fast based, metrics driven environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Capability to manage and lead projects to deadlines, both cross-functionally and with external key opinion leaders, with support
• Technically proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, other systems as needed
• Global mindset
