JOB DESCRIPTION
• Oversight of site level acquisitions and integrations leading the human resource function for these events.
• Plan and design future state human resource programs for site level engagement.
• Design and develop programs focusing on professional development, talent management, and talent acquisition.
• Provide consultative support, tools, and services that enable the successful execution of department/functional goals and priorities
• Implement and communicate change management initiatives and plans to maximize adoption and understanding as well as minimize resistance
• Leverage HR Centers of Excellence to address and satisfy the needs of employees/department and function
• Partner with COEs to determine, deploy, and analyze organizational assessments (e.g., employee opinion surveys) to provide data-driven recommendations to leaders
• Assist with conducting regular leadership and succession planning sessions with client groups and implement action plans to ensure succession ready bench and development of high potentials.
• Assist in leading change management initiatives with organizational leaders in order to address business priorities
• Support the HR Director on projects for designated client groups and/or company-wide HR initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a progressive Human Resources organization with experience as a HR Generalist/HR Business Partner preferred
• Previous experience in a Manufacturing environment
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Full knowledge of legal implications of the employment relationship
