Job Description:
Our customer is looking for a Software Developer to work on Sales Compensation Technical Lead role within IT and supporting their Rhythm Management division.  Will work on their sales compensation product capabilities including technical architecture design, product development, and production and software upgrade support.
• 3+ years of development experience in IBM Incentive Compensation Management (ICM); (formerly known as Varicent)
• 3+ years of development experience with SQL
• Sales territory management experience
• The role is developer-type, not project manager.
• The top priority need is experience in IBM’s ICM (Incentive Compensation Mgmt.) tool.
• While local candidates are preferred, I am open to non-local candidates provided they can either 1) travel here on a weekly basis, or 2) temporarily relocate.
