Job Purpose
**Responsible for providing engineering support for the Leads Sustaining organization during the transition to meet EU MDR requirements**
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead documentation and labeling updates to support EU MDR compliance.
• Maintains detailed documentation throughout all phases of research and development.
• Writes validation and verification protocols and reports applicable to new test methods and products.
• Reviews or coordinates activities across business units to ensure alignment on EU MDR implementation strategies.
• Directs support personnel and coordinates project activities.
• Actively promotes and participates in a cross -functional teamwork environment.
Education/Experience/Skill required:
• Must have B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical or Biomedical Engineering with 2-5 years related work experience OR 0-2 years with MS degree.
• Working technical knowledge of implantable medical devices.
• Knowledge of medical device regulations
