Entegee is seeking a Sr. Network Operations Project Manager for a W2 contract position with a client in Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN.
Only W2 candidates will be considered for this position.
Summary: Part of Wireless for PTT Project Team.  
• Develop, monitor, and control overall project plans for assigned projects.; Primary focus will be on IT related activities related to support Network based projects (new site construction, modifications or refurbishments) which require IT services.
• Support and manage upgrade of other IT operational centric elements across network operations.
• Includes development of detailed activity level schedule, developing total effort estimates (scheduled & cost), develop itemized budget, risk management plan, issue management plan, and change management plan.
• Responsible for managing multiple vendors and business partners to deliver work on schedule, budget, and within agreed upon scope.
• Partner with business operations teams to ensure that the transition from project state to operations; Includes developing and executing a formal communication strategy with business units impacted by projects.
• Derive and administer all aspects of change management associated with related projects. Change Management Plan: plan outlining all change requests opened against the project, effort, impact, owner, etc.
• Work with project coordinators to establish financial management plan: itemized by work type / vendor rolling up to overall project budget – responsible for developing Budget and tracking Actuals and Estimate at Complete on a weekly basis
• Risk Management Plan: plan outlining all risks identified by project team, likelihood of occurrence, impact if risk occurs, mitigation plan, owner, etc. Issue Management Plan: plan outlining all issues opened against the project, severity, resolution plan, owner, etc.
• Status Reports: weekly – integration of all of the above mentioned deliverables framed to assess overall, cost, schedule, scope, and resources statuses.
Required Skills:
Budgeting, Risk Management, Infrastructure, Scheduling, PMP Cert; prior experience with Wireless Network Ops Projects and/or Programs.
