Job Description:
The Project Manager will run the Supply Chain (SC) Role Clarity Program Business Unit (BU) phase. At a high-level, the resource would conduct regular program leadership team meetings and stakeholder reviews, develop and own the project plan, and drive each step to execution. This includes but is not limited to the high-level project milestone responsibilities that follow:
• Develop materials and conduct kickoff meeting with program leadership team:
• Collect data about gray-area process steps. Inputs will include surveys, stakeholder input, and root cause analysis results.
• Clean data and develop a preliminary list.
• Develop proposed approach for resolution including a triaged order of gray-area remediation and the workshop approach to resolve those gray areas
Review list and proposed approach with program leadership team and SCLT -Conduct process point walkthrough meetings with SC and BUs. a. Prep work to include determining proper participants, scheduling meeting rooms, and ensuring supplies are available. b. Facilitated pre-work includes providing role sheets and process documentation (where available) as a pre-read, conducting prep calls to ensure participants understand how to prepare before and engage during the meetings, and working with SC extra closely to ensure participants are aligned on proposed responsibilities between SC and BU. c. Facilitate meetings including assigning responsibilities for documenting decisions made during meeting and updating role sheets and process documentation. d. Review documentation for quality and consistency.
• Maintain routine communications to impacted SC and BU parties including stakeholder updates and communication of role clarity decisions
• Govern follow-up actions to ensure program implementation is successful
Job Description:
Candidate Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in related field such as Business, Finance, Economics, AND  8 years of experience in leading projects in a relevant Supply Chain or HR field, or business planning/consulting
• Ability to understand, develop, and document/map effective Supply Chain processes and practices and train others
• Self-directed, self-driven, flexible, approachable, and a quick learner
• Advanced problem-solving, written communication, and presentation skills o Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of deadlines
• Comfort working with senior leadership
• PMP certification preferred o Experience with SAP o Business finance acumen o Experience developing business cases
• MBA preferred
