Job Description:
Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling, documentation, budgeting and communication. Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations. Facilitates collaborative documents and data stores. Helps prepare status reports and presentations.
Create Change Records Assign tasks to individuals for change execution Ensure change is completed in a timely manner Close Change record with accurate information Checks available resources Participate in Post Implementation Review When Change Fails company is currently adding several new systems to update our operational technology platforms in our GAS SCADA and Electric SCADA departments. This role will support inputting hardware asset records into our ITSM change management system. This role will also include responsibilities to create, monitor and manage changes required to build and operate computing infrastructure in our existing and new infrastructure build outs. Periodic reports and communication on change status will also be required on a daily basis. Any issues related to changes will need to be prioritized and communicated to affected parties as they are discovered.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, and Visio. Experience with ITSM a plus.
• Top 3 desired skills: Configure, test and integrate software and hardware for the Electric Energy Management System Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition. Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. Taking ownership of required documentation processes and following through to completion
