Job Description:
This position is responsible for supporting the Consultant Management Team (CMT) Manager, Sponsor Engineers and other project resources during the project lifecycle with activities related to utilizing consultants and contractors. Primary responsibilities include supporting contract and invoice processing. Other areas of responsibility include the contractor safety program as it relates to these contracts, assist with accruals, trust accounts, bank direct wire payment processing and set-up, assist tax department in maintaining proper tax coding, and generally supporting team productivity across several offices.
Duties:
• Develop and process Consultant Contract Releases for CMT Sponsors
• Process monthly invoices, accruals and journal entries, assign and validate accurate tax composite code info, monitor approval and review invoices sent to Accounts Payable
• Assist in managing and monitoring contracts
• Process assigned Consultant Outline Agreements for the CMT Managers in the Passport system
• Monitor assigned Consultant contract release funds and contract end dates
• Process contract change requests
• Monitor and update Consultant Contract list
• Assist Consultants with issues relating to contracts, purchase orders and payments
 
Requirements:
• Degree: Business or accounting preferred.
• Must have strong knowledge of Work Management tools (SAP), MS Excel, MS Word. 2-5 years of prior experience in a Jr. Project Manager, Project Coordinator or Project Administrator role is required.
• Top 2 skill sets have changed to material coordination (ordering and tracking materials for projects) and project planning
• Strong Technical background preferred. Will be on the phone with Engineers
• Construction background and electrical knowledge preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Work Management tools
