Job Description:
Primary responsibilities lie in managing and tracking specific Enterprise One projects and the associated Agile (document management) system updates necessary. Secondary responsibilities include supporting HI&M Professional Services.  
• Manage and maintain files necessary for inputs into the Enterprise One (E1) system
• New part number setup via (E1) PDIG systems
• Hold owners accountable and report conflicts or delays to the HI&M Project Manager
• Manage and maintain files necessary for inputs into the CAP-Agile system
• Manage project team relationships to assure project completion with deadlines
• Manage vendor relationships as needed for project completion
• Aid in the planning of internal activities
• Assist Project Managers as necessary in additional tasks needed for project  
1. Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not necessary
Experience: 1+ years of relevant, professional experience
Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Experience in a fast-paced office environment is a plus
Skills/Competencies: • Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple, multifunctional projects
• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle change in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Strong analytical and organizational skills required
• Ability to learn new software quickly
