Job Description:
Facility Planner/Scheduler and Asset Manager
Responsibilities include
• Planning and scheduling of Facility Preventative Maintenance work and monitoring performance against the PM Master Plan
• Revision and improvements to all aspects of the facility permanent record system including but not limited to all Manuals, PM Documentation, Retention Records, Facility Drawing Database, Site Maps, and Facility Web Portal
• Entering and Monitoring data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities of reactive and non-recurring work
• Organize, implement, and coordinate activities of the maintenance staff, consultants and suppliers to ensure timely completion
• Secures information by completing data base backups.
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Individual may also handle special projects as assigned by leadership
• Manages the implementation and monitoring of asset programs.
• Prepare reports and perform analysis.
• Review and updates current CMMS program, implement training and development programs.
• This role requires the individuals to be self-regulated and to possess the ability to work independently. Proficiency with computers and industry-related software is required.
• Experience with CAD software to produce and update detailed drawings that include building dimensions, required materials and construction procedures.
• Consult with coworkers on design and layouts; should be able to visually communicate concepts, draw well and be very detailed oriented.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
• Must have prior experience working with Facility CMMS systems and all Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, DataStream, Maximo, and SAP.
• Strong people and teambuilding skills, through knowledge of facility trades and maintenance activities.
• Experience with inspections and preventative/predictive maintenance repair of all assets
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing operations desired but not required
• General knowledge of OSHA and Industrial Safety programs and practices
