Job Description:
Candidate to be competent supporting Supply chain activities in a Molecular environment by writing and reviewing documentation required for production work. The incumbent will be asked to perform basic functional testing and or molecular manufacturing to predefined methods. Performs assignments that are moderately complex in nature where increased levels of empowerment and initiative are exercised and required in resolving problems; works as a team member to manage the work schedule. Generate, prepare and issue routine data for assigned quality reports. Participate in quality and process improvement projects. Assist in preparation of quality reports. Boundary Conditions/Authority Levels: Normally receives general instruction on routine work; detailed instruction on new assignments. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained Adheres to policies and procedures.  
Performs simple calculations according to procedures, and maintains accurate records of work performed according to GLP, GMP, and QSRs - Manufactures buffers and diluents according to standard operating procedures and work instructions - Participates on a Continuous Process Improvement Team, and is a contributor to team efforts within the department - Typically receives minimal instruction on routine work; general instruction son new assignments - Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Important skills and behaviors required to perform this job: - Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry or related field required - Previous laboratory work experience preferred, especially in an FDA/ISO regulated manufacturing environment
- Must be able to follow approved work instructions with attention to detail - Ability to prioritize work tasks - Ability to work within a team environment - Possesses excellent communication and time management skills - Experience with MS Office products, email
