Job Description:
Mechanical Assembler:
• Set-up and operate tools including hand tools, air and electric torque drivers, and manual arbor presses
• Assembler may also be responsible to fold boxes, package and label product
• Understand and follow rules and guidelines regarding ESD, 5S and safety
• Responsible for completing and filing all company required paperwork
 
Requirements:
• Minimum high school education or GED
• Six months PCB and mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Must be able to read and understand documentation and procedures
• Must be punctual and have good attendance
• Use of hands and tools to properly perform the job
• Lift maximum of 30 lbs.
• Be able to stand or walk up to 10 hours per day
• Must be knowledgeable of all assemblies built in mechanical assembly area and ensure PCB boards and mechanical assemblies are built per customer specification and other documentation.
