Job Description:
Summary-
Responsible for daily review of material parts available based on production schedules
Duties:
• Ensure all ENOC’s (Engineering Notice of Change) are completed and signed by assembly personnel and filed on the ENOC book.
• Responsible for properly filing ENOC’s ready for assembly along with necessary instructions (assembly drawings or fluid schemes or electrical schemes).
• Responsible for properly filing ENOC’s waiting for assembly along with necessary instructions (assembly drawings or fluid schemes or electrical schemes).
• Prepare assembly work for the day after on the "Preparation Table": material, ENOC with instructions
• Review available stock and/or inventory of materials looking ahead 48 hours; release a “Critical Path” e-mail to the departments involved with necessary actions
• Manage repair of tools and defective components and track their delivery
• Ensure availability of safety equipment for critical tools
 
Requirements:
Qualifications
• Must have the ability to work effectively with people
• Must have a broad knowledge of assembly
• Must have excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Must have good planning skills
• Should be self-motivated and be able to work on own
• Advanced organizational and task prioritization skills•
Experience-
• Three to five years’ experience in a similar field•
Education-
• An Associate’s Degree in a technical field
Computer Skills
• Strong computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Word• •
