Job Snapshot:
Performs quality inspections, tool & gage calibrations, and process surveillance on the manufacturing floor. Employee will work directly with other support organizations and with operations to address customer’s part quality questions. Employee will be responsible to respond to customer concerns and track them to closure. Be responsible for investigating and documenting nonconformance as it occurs on the manufacturing floor. Root cause investigations to eliminate non-conformances will be a part of this job.
Top three skills:
• Experienced in the use of Leica Laser Tracker and/or other advanced laser measurement systems
• computer skills
• Ability to read and understand specifications and drawings
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in the manufacturing/inspection of composites products
