Job Description:
Responsible for carrying out the administrative tactics and logistics which support new and existing HR programs, processes and strategies and enhance the effectiveness of talent management and movement.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
• Provide general support to HR team as assigned.
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests with high level of customer service.
• Assist in production of weekly WEBulletin communication including review, formatting and coordination activities.
• Data entry and management in Workday for associate changes including: new hires, position change, termination, and any other data entry needs.
• Support onboarding process to include; assembling offer letters and packets, completion of new hire paperwork, background checks, new hire files.
• Supports data entry and management of temporary / contract staffing needs to ensure timely onboarding and off boarding process.
• Assist with coordination of recruitment activities as needed.
• Assist in associate off-boarding processes; notify payroll, schedule exit interviews, etc.
• Maintain current and compliant employee files.
• Adhoc reporting: Workday, Kenexa, any other HR systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous related experience
