Job Description:
We are looking for a Tier 1 Help Desk Tech that will provide level 1 Operations Center support. This individual will handle phone support, handling minor triage issues with basic troubleshooting and escalating all issues to specialized support teams. Responsibilities supporting personal computers, servers, local and wide area network, software, and data communications technologies.
• 2 year Technical Degree preferred
• 1 year of experience in a Help Desk Role
• Must be able to work a rotating shift.
