Job Description:
We are looking for a Grinding and Lapping Coordinator/Trainer. The Grinding and Lapping Coordinator/Trainer will train and develop department personnel. The Grinding and Lapping Coordinator/Trainer will also be responsible for operating centerless grinding machines and ball lapping machines.
 
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED); post-secondary education in a technical filed preferred.
• Must have at least 3 years of related grinding and lapping experience
• Must be able set up centerless grinders and flat lapping machines. Royal Master Centerless Grinders and Tungsten Carbide Flat Lapping machine experience is preferred.
• Must have 2+ years of experience in a lead or coordinator role.
• Knowledge of GD&T, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance
