Job Description:
• Assembling of workstations and furniture
• Installing of hanging boards
• Work on a variety of tasks in plumbing, patching, painting, flooring, light bulbs, forklifts, etc.
• Work with contractors for certain jobs and projects.
• Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly preventative maintenance on facility equipment.
• Conduct weekly safety checks on equipment and materials for compliance.
• Assist Facility Maintenance team on any tasks requiring to be completed on a daily basis.
• Use Facility computer maintenance program to record and schedule all work orders for day to day operations.
• Schedule with customers for delivery and installation of materials on a daily basis.
• Assist co-workers in scheduled projects to ensure timelines and work completed are meeting company standards.
• Inventory materials on a monthly basis and report to supervisor to ensure minimum quantiles are on hand for operations.
• Moving/Relocation of standard office furniture. Moving/Relocation of equipment, shelving, cabinets, etc. o Installation of white boards, cork boards, etc.
 
Requirements:
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
• Needs to be familiar with basic hand tools and basic power tools. For example, screwdrivers, ratchet sets, tape measure, levels, hand saws, powered drills, vacuums, brooms, mops, two wheel carts, four wheel carts, dollies, etc.
• Must be able to lift 30-50lbs -  
• Must have prior experience working with Facility CMMS systems and all Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong people and teambuilding skills, through knowledge of facility trades and maintenance activities.
• Experience with inspections and preventative/predictive maintenance repair of all assets
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing operations desired but not required
• General knowledge of OSHA and Industrial Safety programs and practices
