Job Description:
Maintain, repair, and program automatic and manual wire bonders, automated dispensing equipment, and automatic pick and place equipment.
• Minimum high school diploma; A.A. or technical school degree in Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance strongly preferred
• 2 - 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to maintain, troubleshoot and program manual and automated wire bond equipment
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical documents.
• Must possess good electrical and mechanical repair/troubleshooting skills.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be familiar with MS Word and Excel a plus
• Vision requirements include close vision (using microscope), color vision (identifying resistor values), depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
