JOB DESCRIPTION
• EEE Parts Engineer responsible for supporting spacecraft programs in the selection of EEE parts for new designs compliant to NASA INST-002 requirements, support identification and mitigation of obsolete parts, generate and maintain spacecraft approved EEE parts lists, review and assess GIDEP and similar technical alerts, provide failure review boards with recommendations for failures involving EEE parts.
• Interface with customer EEE parts engineers as well as with program lead engineers.
• Detailed knowledge of EEE part types suitable for spaceflight use and in-depth understanding of INST-002 standard is required for this position.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Top 3: Electronic parts design and test expertise, ability to work in team setting, understand electrical schematics.
