Job Summary
The Electrician installs and repairs electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment, following electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications.
Essential Functions -
• Installs power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment.  
• Connects power supply wires to machines and equipment, and connects cables and wires between machines and equipment.  
• Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus using test equipment and replaces damaged of broken wires and cables.
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
• 4 years of related experience
• Class “A” Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License
• Registered Unlicensed Electrician Certificate  
• Associate’s degree
• 7 years of related experience
