Job Description:
We are looking for your help regarding a great temp opportunity working part time (20 – 30 hours per week)! This would be a temporary assignment that would last approximately 3 – 6 months.  
It would be 1st shift, reporting to our EHS Manager (Joel Pettit – cc’d at this time). Please know that Joel has recently been promoted, and is helping in the interim until we backfill his role. Below are some additional notes regarding the qualifications & requirements for this role.  
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Data entry into proactive safety scorecard (inspections, training, RN cards, BBS cards, safety committee activity, non-routine work checklists & Safety MOC docs)
• Risk Notification card data entry
• Behavior Based Safety (BBS) observation card data entry
• Create Machine Specific Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Conduct Job Safety Assessments (JSAs)
• Conduct Ergonomic Assessments
 
Requirements:
Skills:
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
•  Excellent data entry skills
•  Detail oriented
•  Ability to stay focused on a repetitive task
•  Ability to pick up database type systems quickly
